An exciting addition to Edinburgh’s new writing scene. Showcasing extracts from four brand new plays read in front of a live audience, with a chance to carry on discussions, meet the team, writers and actors in the comfort of the Roxy Snug Bar.

The plays showcasted this May will be:

Bernini’s Women by Emilie Robson & Laila Noble

Banter by Christopher Moore
Siblings Caolan and Maeve clash when Caolan’s cavalier attitude about his friends’ sexist behaviour upsets his sister, and a confrontation ensues about the damage casual and ingrained sexism can do.

It’s Summer!....sortae by Sarah Lawrie Johnston
