For Robin Williams: A Benefit Gig in Aid of Mind and SAMH Line Up Announced

10 August 2017

On 11 August 2014 Robin Williams passed away. Three years on, Test Tube Comedy celebrates the life of the comedy legend by holding a benefit gig in his memory. With a huge line up of world class comedy, we come together to remember,  raise a lot of money for mental health charities, and have a whole lot of laughs.

The line up will include Ed Gamble as your MC, Tom Ballard, Sofie Hagen, Butt Kapinski, John Kearns, Iain Stirling and Steve Pretty. The money raised from the show will go towards two great mental health charities: Mind and SAMH.

Mind is a mental health charity spread around England and Wales, providing advice and support to empower any individual experiencing issues with mental health.

SAMH is the Scottish Association for Mental Health, they provide social care support for mental health, addictions, homelessness, and employment services.

The benefit will take place at Assembly George Square Theatre on the 11th of August at 00:15.
